- Water Park Access: Guests can continue to enjoy the Water Park, which will remain fully operational.
- Dining & Entertainment: Entertainment and food & beverage services will be available at Mangoes restaurant.
- Day Pass Experiences: Guests who wish to leave the premises may enjoy a complimentary day pass at our sister resorts, Jewel Grande and Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, with shuttle service provided throughout the day.
The resort will work diligently to finish the upgrade within the scheduled timeframe, with electricity restored by 5:00 p.m.
